Linda Maestra! by Goya Remade Digitally in Color (Digitalizado a Color)

 

This digital artwork was an assignment for Art History Class. The objective was to look for information about the Artist in this case Francisco de Goya. Which fun fact after he died his head/skull disappeared which to this day still remains a mystery. After the information about him we choose one of his artworks from a series he did. I chose from the series Capricho 68, Linda maestra! Later we had the option to redraw the the artwork in our own style or any media. I decided to draw it digitally using a program called Krita. Plus I thought of how interesting it would be in color and digitally so this is what I came up with. I enjoyed so much this assignment. I think it's a great way to study the strokes and details in the artists work.

Esta obra de arte digital fue una tarea para la clase de historia del arte. El objetivo era buscar información sobre el Artista en este caso Francisco de Goya. Qué dato curioso después de que murió, su cabeza / cráneo desapareció, lo que hasta el día de hoy sigue siendo un misterio. Después de buscar información sobre él, elegimos una de sus obras de arte de alguna de sus series que hizo. Elegí de la serie Capricho 68, Linda maestra! Luego tuvimos la opción de volver a dibujar la obra de arte en nuestro propio estilo o en cualquier medio. Decidí dibujarlo digitalmente usando un programa llamado Krita. Además, pensé en lo interesante que sería a color y digital, así que esto es lo que se me ocurrió. Disfruté mucho esta tarea. Creo que es una excelente manera de estudiar los trazos y los detalles del trabajo de los artistas.
